A man has been airlifted to hospital after he fell from a horse, while riding at a private property, earlier today.
The Toowoomba RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter was sent to the scene, north of Toowoomba, around 12:30pm (May 9).
The aeromedical crew worked with paramedics from the Queensland Ambulance Service to treat the man, aged in his sixties, for head injuries.
He was transported to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.
