The Bundaberg-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter has airlifted a woman to hospital, after she fell from a horse on a property, in the North Burnett.
The aeromedical crew was called into action around 12.45pm.
Local Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) paramedics initially treated the patient and transported her to a nearby hospital, where they transferred her onto the RACQ LifeFlight Rescue aircraft.
The woman, aged in her twenties, was then flown to Bundaberg Hospital, under the care of a QAS Critical Care Flight Paramedic.
She was airlifted in a stable condition.
