The Toowoomba-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter has flown an injured woman to hospital, after a collision in the Lockyer Valley region, this afternoon.
It’s believed the motorcyclist collided with a vehicle towing a trailer.
The aircraft was called into action around 5pm (Wednesday 4 May) and the pilot was able to land in a nearby paddock.
The woman, aged in her 40s, was treated for leg injuries by the aeromedical team and Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) paramedics.
Other emergency service personnel were also on scene.
The patient was airlifted to the Princess Alexandra Hospital, in a stable condition.
