Can’t see an in-person workshop in your region? No problem! You can take First Minutes Matters as a free online course, allowing you to learn at your own pace and from the comfort of your own home.
If you would like to see a First Minutes Matter workshop in your town, please fill out the form below.
With more than 45 years of experience in aeromedical care, LifeFlight is at the forefront of emergency response. Our First Minutes Matter workshops are interactive and engaging, ensuring that in just a few hours, you gain a lifetime of skills. Your knowledge could save a loved one, a neighbour, or a stranger in their time of need.
Unfortunately not. Please bring a snack as we’re not always confident that there is food available to purchase near each workshop’s location.
Check your workshop registration in your account. Workshops can vary from 5.5 hours to two 3-hour sessions.
Just yourself, and anything you’d usually leave the house with!
If you’d like to bring a friend or family member, please email our team on firstminutesmatter.org.au prior to the workshop to ensure that there is capacity.
First Minutes Matter is not a registered First Aid Course. You will, however, receive a certification of participation upon successful completion of the course.
Can’t make it to our in-person workshop? No problem! LifeFlight offers an equally enriching online version of our First Minutes Matter program, allowing you to learn at your own pace.
We acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Traditional Custodians of the land on which we serve and fly, and pay respect to their Elders past, present and future.
