The Brisbane-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter has airlifted a female patient to hospital, after a mini bus and car crashed, in the Lockyer Valley.
The aircraft was one of two rescue helicopters called to the scene, this afternoon.
The RACQ LifeFlight Rescue Critical Care Doctor and Flight Nurse on board the chopper worked with Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) paramedics, to treat the patient for injuries to her arms and torso.
She was flown to the Princess Alexandra Hospital, under the care of the aeromedical team.
She was transported in a serious condition.
