The Bundaberg and Sunshine Coast RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopters have responded to a single vehicle rollover, which happened northwest of Childers, this morning.
It’s believed a four wheel drive, which was towing a trailer, rolled off the roadway and crashed, around 10am.
Two RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopters were called to the area a short time later.
Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS), Queensland Police Service (QPS) and Queensland Fire and Emergency Service (QFES) crews were on the scene, when the rescue choppers arrived.
QPS officers had closed the road, so both RACQ LifeFlight Rescue pilots could land their aircraft as close to the patients, as possible.
The Bundaberg RACQ LifeFlight Rescue chopper airlifted two female adults and a primary school-aged boy to Bundaberg Hospital.
All three patients travelled in stable conditions.
The Sunshine Coast RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter airlifted a high school-aged girl, suffering upper body injuries, to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
